I may not be good at hanging out, but I certainly know a picnic when I see one. The British have a love of picnics and certain expectations as to what should be included: typically a blanket, a hamper, and some means for finishing up with a nice cup of tea.

One can busy oneself for hours organizing a picnic. And believe me, one does.
